Background: I have very oily lids. No eyeliner has ever lasted more than 4 hours before turning me into a panda. I heard about BBIA on a forum and figured why not give it a try.
Color - Noir
Pros:
- It stayed for 8+ hours! Even at 12 hours there was only a small amount of smudging (powdered eyelids before and sealed with eyeshadow after)
- Stayed well on waterline top lid only (the bottom disappeared very quickly)
- Awesome black color
- Glides very smoothly but..
Cons:
- Glided so smoothly that it didn't actually get into creases - had to draw over the line several times
- Gel is so soft that the sharpened point is more or less gone after application on *one* eye. It doesn't smush down into a blob like some other liners I've tried but it just can't hold a sharp point. The sharpener takes a good amount off of the eyeliner so I wouldn't recommend continuous sharpening if you want the product to last. Luckily I have pretty good dexterity and can still manage but this may be a problem for some people.
Overall this eyeliner has some kinks in it but it is a great eyeliner once it's applied. Definitely give it a try especially if you need help with oily lids!
