I was amazed by the efficiency of these patches ! I had a bad bout of acne recently in the middle of my face, and in the later stages it left some nasty red spots. These patches helped soothe and heal those small scars -- by contrast, the areas where I had not used them healed slower. In the end I used them everywhere, and my face was much improved within 3 days of using them. I left them on at night, they clung until they were all dried up.

I have no idea how efficient they would be on older scars, but I would trust that using them on the long run would show some positive results.
