So I really bought this because it was beautiful and I love anything rose. Plus, it was on a great sale.
I am so glad that I got it! The product is a solid cream. It looks a bit oily and feels oily when you touch it with your finger, but as you're applying, it isn't like that. I barely touch the brush to the foundation and it can cover like half of my face. It makes my skin look so amazing! It has great coverage, smooths my skin out, and gives me a dewy finish.
I always use cushion foundations and I have been disappointed in cream foundations in the past but this has blown me out of the water. I practiced putting it on a few times to see the best way to do it. Do a bit of a blotting motion to get the product on and then start drawing it outward with small strokes. Though there may be some streaks from the brush, they are minimal and the foundation warms with your skin so any possible streaks will disappear and fill out.
I did a wear test a few days ago to see how long it will last and now I am sure that I can wear it for a full day without having to worry about it breaking down. One night I forgot that I had it on and I when I got my face wet in the shower, it didn't automatically break down and wash off. Though it does come off well with a cleanser. (If you're worried about it coming off, this can be taken with you in your purse, its slightly bigger than a cushion foundation only in height because of the brush.)
Also, it is a great match for me (nc 10-15 for shade 21) so if I accidentally rub some off of my nose, you can't even tell. I am able to skip putting it around my smile lines since all of my foundations crease there, so I don't have to worry about that.
The coverage is good, and I have even used this as a concealer on non-foundation days. I touch a small concealer brush to the product and then dab it on my skin. About 2 thin layers and any blemish is covered and smoothed out.
For reference, I am age 18-25, NC 10-15, warm/yellow toned caucasian with dry skin. I wear my makeup for 6-10 hours depending on the day and the weather where I am is currently humid, 80-95 degrees Fahrenheit.
